Are you a relationship builder with a passion for influencer marketing and strategic partnerships? Abbott is looking for a Partnership and Influencer Lead (O2O) to drive growth through innovative collaborations with influencers, communities, and commercial partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, sales, and social engagement.

📌 Reporting to: Marketing Innovation Manager

🔍 What You’ll Do:

Influencer & Community Engagement

  • Develop and execute influencer strategies across platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, etc.)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs, content creators, and community leaders
  • Identify and engage new influencer talent and community admins aligned with our target audience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brief, negotiate, and close influencer campaigns

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and establish win-win partnerships with brands, platforms, and organizations (e.g., Grab, MyKingdom, kindergartens, nursing homes)
  • Co-create joint marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, sales, and brand visibility
  • Explore new partnership models that align with O2O business goals

Campaign Management & Optimization

  • Lead end-to-end execution of influencer and partnership campaigns
  • Monitor performance metrics and ROI, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Content, CRM, O2O Ops) to align on execution and performance acceleration
  • Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovative improvements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or partnership development
  • At least 1 year in a similar leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or Public Relations
  • Strong network in mom & baby communities or nutrition-related sectors is a plus
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and build long-term relationships
