About the role

We are looking for a Partnership Acquisition Manager to join our team and help us establish new relationships with channel partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in partner account management and a strong track record of successfully building and managing partnerships.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Identify, prospect and onboard new partners in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Ability to build and leverage internal and external relationships for success and deliver on GTM strategies.
  • You are an exceptional communicator (both written and oral) and capable of building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organized, entrepreneurial and able to operate with autonomy within a team structure.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to grow a pipeline from scratch.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple unknowns.
  • Resilient, determined and able to dig in to get results through managing relationships and pipelines.
  • Build and manage relationships with partners, including regular communication and visits, and serve as a primary point of contact for partners.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners to drive committed revenue growth and market share.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales and marketing programs that leverage partner capabilities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with 's goals and objectives.
  • Track and report partner performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure partner compliance with 's policies, procedures, and business requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystems to drive innovation and growth.
  • Leverage your existing relationships with partners and organizations in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Work with the partnership enablement and partnership success teams to drive product consumption once a part
Requirements
  • 5+ years of partner account management experience, preferably in the IT, consulting, digital marketing, telecommunications, and financial services industries.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and partnerships with external organizations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with negotiating and closing partnership agreements.
  • Familiarity with partnership models and commercial / legal constructs used in GTM Partnerships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
