The New Ventures team is responsible for developing and launching new products to support Gympass in pursuing viable solutions to unlock substantial growth. We operate as a startup within a startup, implementing new products from scratch through product market fit, experimentation and testing, all the way through the scale up and release stage. 

Our team has recently launched a new, innovative mental health platform to offer companies and their employees access to  affordable, timely, and personalized emotional health support. By combining technology with a robust clinical methodology, Wellz is on a mission to democratize access to quality emotional health support for leading corporations.

Wellz by Wellhub was born in 2021 with the aim of democratizing mental health in Brazil. We enable companies to help their teams be healthier, more resilient and more deeply engaged. Through our platform, it is possible to provide individual clinical care online, access interactive content about mental health and participate in group conversations.

We make it easier for people to access a journey of self-care and self-knowledge that is ideal for their individual needs.  The approach we use is cognitive behavioral therapy, which aims for individual clinical improvement based on evidence.

  • Manage and execute the entire process of expanding our mental health partner network, ensuring the formation of a diverse, well-aligned, and highly qualified network in line with Wellz's culture.
  • Responsible for managing our expansion platform, implementing new processes, and improving the current flow, with a focus on greater agility and assertiveness.
  • Ensure the complete onboarding of new partners and monitor them during the first 30 days on the platform.
  • Monitor and generate reports on the main indicators related to the expansion process, anticipating trends and potential future challenges.
  • Develop actions and programs focused on greater engagement of our partner community and the generation of new leads.
  • Define and implement the strategy for differentiating offers to partners, ensuring that Wellz is the most attractive platform in the market.
  • Responsible for the creation and continuous updating of onboarding materials for new partners and other materials and tutorials focused on improving the new partner's experience.
  • Monitor network occupancy and expansion projection, acting preventively in the expansion flow.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and partner management teams to ensure an expansion strategy aligned with the business.

  • Completed degree in psychology.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of ATS platforms.
  • Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral therapy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with partners.
  • A proactive approach to learning new skills and taking on new challenges.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving roles and responsibilities.
  • Collaborative: A team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
  • Eager to grow your career in partner management and make a meaningful impact on Wellhub's success.
  • Advanced/intermediate English.
