Job Summary:

The Partner, Talent plays a key role in staffing and developing expertise within the organization. This person acts as a partner with managers to meet business needs and ensure a stimulating work environment.

The individual also plays a central role in performance management, focused on the recognition and development of talent. He.She is responsible for managing employee experience and engagement programs, including health and wellness, recognition and philanthropy. It thus actively contributes to the mobilization of all staff and to the evolution of Talent and Culture practices, by promoting an inclusive work environment, aligned with our values of solidarity, determination and accessibility.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage performance and development programs 

  • Support the implementation of the performance management program.
  • Support the roll-out of expertise development and learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the preparation and analysis of data related to performance and development.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of workforce planning.
  • Support exit activities and exit interviews.
  • Foster program adoption and a feedback culture.

Attraction, selection and integration of talent 

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all positions to be promoted.
  • Advise managers on recruitment and selection practices.
  • Develop talent pools and targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate the integration of new employees.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and tools.

Employee experience and engagement programs 

  • Ensure the deployment and evolution of programs: health and wellness, recognition, volunteerism and philanthropy. 
  • Ensure the implementation of recognition initiatives.
  • Participate in the organization of events for employees.
  • Act as a point of contact for these programs with employees and managers.
  • Ensure internal communications and follow-up of initiatives to maximize impact

Education/Experience/Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, administration or related field
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in human resource management and/or talent acquisition.
  • Member of the Ordre des CRHA / CRIA.

Other Qualifications:

  • Experience in coordinating or managing employee experience programs (e.g., health and wellness, recognition, engagement, internal initiatives).
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition covering the entire cycle (recruitment, onboarding, and termination).
  • Ability to support the deployment of structuring programs (performance, development, organizational initiatives), in collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a growing and constantly changing technological environment.
  • Good command of recruitment tools and digital platforms (ATS, LinkedIn, Microsoft 365) and ease with the adoption of new tools, including those related to AI.
  • Fluency in French is required for this position. Proficiency in English is also necessary in order to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across the country.
