About the role:
TMB has tens of thousands of creators (people who film something remarkable, capture a special
photo, share a family recipe) and consumers of our brands (purchase a video license, watch the
Taste of Home TV app, etc.) It is the Partner Support Coordinator’s job to ensure that our creators
and consumers are informed, updated, with any issues resolved urgently. This includes
communicating appropriately at various touch points throughout their lifecycle.
This customer-facing role will report to the Partner Support Manager and work closely with the
Rights Management, Licensing, Marketing and Finance departments.
Location:
Delhi, Gurgaon Office (with opportunity to work remotely)
Responsibilities: your day-to -day:
- Proactively answer creator / customer inquiries via email and chat; work with internal
- stakeholders to find solutions
- Enhance the creator journey through email campaigns and account touchpoints
- Gather creator feedback to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to
- improve their overall experience
- Develop and maintain the Help Center ensuring content is clear, accessible, and up-to-date
- Maintain a thorough understanding of services, products and policies to provide accurate
- and up-to-date information to creators
- Utilize Excel & Google Sheets to track licensing data and process through internal software
- Review creator account and payment information to ensure accuracy and completeness
Qualifications you have:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, marketing, copywriting, or business
- management
- Strong writing and copy editing skills with excellent spelling & grammar
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects with different objectives and varying deadlines
- Personality profile to fit into a fast-paced, diverse, entrepreneurial culture that requires
- teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
- Well-developed Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, email marketing and analytical skills
- Experience and discernment handling peoples’ sensitive payment information
