Partner Supply Coordinator

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Supply Chain Assistant for our office in Rotterdam.

This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll gain end-to-end exposure to planning, logistics, and supplier collaboration in a growing European healthcare company. You’ll work with experienced professionals who value initiative, problem-solving, and continuous improvement—a perfect stepping stone for developing your career in Supply Chain.

You’ll play a key role in supporting the Planning team to ensure that Karo’s products are available for customers on time, every time. Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting Planning Specialists in their day-to-day and weekly operational activities
• Arranging and coordinating transports to ensure timely deliveries
• Driving continuous improvements in the transport booking process
• Planning and managing future purchase orders (POs)
• Sending and following up on POs with suppliers
• Monitoring deliveries and ensuring data accuracy in our systems (S099)
• Performing data analysis and proposing action plans based on findings
• Managing master data to ensure quality and efficiency

• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field
• 4–5 years of experience in international trade, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Basic understanding of Supply Chain or Logistics processes
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Advanced Excel skills – confident in managing and analyzing data
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment
