What you’ll do as a Partner & Supplier Experience Manager
- Define and drive “what good looks like” for partner experience across assisted and digital journeys.
- Translate operational insights into commercially meaningful actions (policy changes, supplier interventions, comms, portal enhancements) that protect loyalty and increase repeat booking propensity.
- Identify friction points across the end-to-end rental journey and lead cross-functional fixes.
- Own improvement plans for priority partner and supplier issues, tracking actions and benefits.
- Act as the operational owner for partner performance visibility, including SLAs, themes and escalations.
- Run partner operational readiness activities for launches, changes and hypercare periods.
- Collaborate with Technology/AI teams to land portal + contact tooling enhancements (e.g., better deflection journeys, smarter routing, clearer status updates, reduced recontact).
What you’ll bring to the team
- 3+ years leadership experience in a car rental, contact centre, partnership relations role environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insight into practical action.
- Confidence working cross-functionally to influence priorities and outcomes.
- A structured, outcome-focused approach to problem-solving and delivery.
- Clear communication skills for both internal leaders and external partners.
- A customer-first mindset balanced with commercial pragmatism.
