- Own account onboarding and planning as your primary focus, while supporting local commercial/BD conversations in the short-to-medium term
- Lead consultative discovery to understand each publisher's monetization strategy, business pressures, and KPIs - then translate that into actionable recommendations
- Review AI-generated optimization insights before presenting to publishers, ensuring recommendations are grounded in their specific context
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth technical onboarding and lead executive business reviews that focus on publisher outcomes, not just metrics
- Design and analyze A/B tests across pricing strategies, demand partner mix, and user segmentation - bringing both analytical rigor and business judgment
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities - additional apps, new formats, incremental spend - through a deep understanding of how studios think and grow
- Represent publisher needs in product roadmap discussions, advocating for solutions that address real monetization challenges in the market
- 5+ years of mobile monetization experience, with hands-on expertise in ad mediation, programmatic advertising, and account optimization — experience with MAX, AdMob, or LevelPlay strongly preferred
- Background in game studio monetization or UA (Monetization Lead, UA Manager, or similar) is a strong plus; solid AdTech or SaaS account management experience selling into gaming companies is also valued
- Proven track record managing publishers at scale - ideally with accounts generating $50M+ in annual ad revenue - with real revenue growth outcomes, not just yield management
- Deep familiarity with Vietnam's gaming studio ecosystem: how studios are structured, the pressures they face, and what actually drives monetization decisions at the ground level
- Consultative, honest communicator - able to discuss tradeoffs and risks transparently without being pushy, and skilled at translating technical concepts into business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable with data analysis, A/B testing, and revenue modeling
- Native Vietnamese and strong English, both spoken and written
