The Role in Brief:

Partner Success Specialist, Audience Generation

The Partner Success Specialist, Audience Generation helps prepare and execute partner engagements, translates performance data into actionable insights, and coordinates activities that support partner value, retention, and growth.

This role combines relationship support, analysis, and project coordination with opportunities to build expertise in enrollment strategy and commercial account management. As proficiency develops, the Specialist takes increasing ownership of defined partner interactions and account activities under the guidance of Partner Success Managers (PSMs).

This position is based in Washington, D.C. or Richmond, VA. and requires regular in-person presence in the office, generally 2 days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • PSM and partner support: Partner with PSMs on meeting preparation, account research, follow-up, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), diagnostic calls, renewal preparation, and other strategic partner engagements.

  • Analytics and insights: Analyze partner performance, product utilization, and benchmarking data to identify trends, flag risks and opportunities, and help PSMs develop recommendations aligned with partners’ enrollment goals.
  • Commercial development: Support renewal and growth activities by preparing account information, coordinating pricing and contracting inputs, and maintaining accurate pipeline records. Identify potential partner needs and growth opportunities for review with PSMs; this role does not carry an independent revenue target.
  • Product and business expertise: Develop strong knowledge of our Audience Generation products, partner lifecycle, enrollment strategy, and broader Enroll360/EAB offerings so they can begin connecting partner needs to potential solutions.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with PSMs, Associates, Audience Sales Engineers (ASEs), Product, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to track partner requests, clarify next steps and owners, and support timely completion of deliverables.
