About the role

  • Own partner relationships, acting as the primary point of contact to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Enable and activate existing partners and associated clients through onboarding, implementation, contracts, and upsell activities.
  • Design and deliver partner training & enablement programs to ensure partners are equipped to implement and support Genesy’s solutions.
  • Capture and relay product feedback from partners/clients to Product teams, helping prioritize improvements and communicate launches effectively.
  • Foster a thriving partner ecosystem by building engagement programs, driving collaboration, and creating initiatives that deliver value and growth for partners.

About you

  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Have 2+ years in partner management, account management, or customer success in SaaS or Cloud solutions.
  • Excel at relationship building and communication across cultures.
  • Can solve problems quickly, from technical issues to contract queries.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, international start-up environment.
  • Love collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Ops, Product, Marketing).

Nice to have

  • Fluent in Italian or German
  • Working experience with HubSpot
  • Project Management
