Sales Execution and Strategy

  • Develop and execute territory-level sales strategies to meet or exceed established goals.
  • Monitor and report on sales KPIs and growth targets.

  • Collaborate on in-store implementation of marketing and technical solutions (e.g., point-of-sale integration).

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM activity records (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Analyze store-level and regional trends to drive prioritization.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to internal stakeholders and partners.

Collaboration and Compliance

  • Coordinate with an internal team, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to align on strategy.
  • Adhere to internal compliance protocols and industry regulations.
  • Proactively escalate partner concerns or operational blockers.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, territory sales, or partner-facing roles, ideally in fintech, retail services, SaaS, or point-of-sale environments.
  • A proven ability to build trusted relationships with external partners and drive adoption, performance, and revenue growth across a portfolio of accounts.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience using data, KPIs, and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to prioritize efforts and tell a clear performance story.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and in fast-growing environments, with the ability to balance autonomy, accountability, and compliance requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $60-75K Base Salary with an additional performance-based bonus opportunity of up to 30% of base salary.
  • Healthcare: We prioritize your well-being by covering 80% of medical, dental, and vision insurance costs, including coverage for your spouse, children, and other dependents.
