About the Role  

The Partner Success Manager will join the Commercial team at Home-in and work closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager to support the growth of the business by driving acquisition through a key partnership channel. The Partner Success Managers responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of partnership management, from initial development to long-term sustainability, driven by fostering relationships with key business partners 

 

  

What you’ll do day-to-day 

  • Build, strengthen and manage key partnerships: Assess, strengthen, and manage key partnerships including joint planning, project execution and change/escalation management. 

  • Activate Partnerships: Plan and lead engagement and adoption with key partners to deepen product knowledge and drive improved adoption, such as travel for attending and facilitating partner conferences, product demonstrations & webinars and industry events. 

  • Internal collaboration: Work with internal cross functional teams to help achieve partnership objectives and improve processes to work with partners. 

  • Leverage data to draw insights to identify opportunities and report on progress.  

  • Collaborate with internal teams to regularly share partner feedback and act on opportunities for continuous uplift of the partner experience.  

  • Engage with the product team to identify and communicate any changes that may impact the partner experience and subsequently communicate with partners and relevant stakeholders 

 

 About You  

  • Sales, Partnerships or Business Development experience, ideally in a B2B/SaaS role, possessing extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices  

  • Strong understanding and passion for technology products  

  • Exceptional communicator and relationship builder including ability to conduct product demonstrations, present at events and build effective relationships. 

  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and act as a product ambassador. 

  • Strength in problem-solving, communications, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. 

  • Ability to design and facilitate workshops and/or product demonstrations.  

  • Passion for simplifying the home buying experience for our partners and customers. 

  • Understanding of conveyancing, lending or home buying processes is desirable.
