Main Responsibilities:
- Recruit and engage Microsoft partners/resellers specializing in Business Applications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform), with a strong emphasis on Business Central.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for partner recruitment and pipeline growth, in close collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
- Consult partners on business growth strategies, including adapting to evolving market trends, regulatory requirements, and ERP localization needs.
- Ensure optimal onboarding and adoption of Companial services, driving partner satisfaction and long-term success.
- Collaborate with Microsoft Romania and regional teams to align recruitment and enablement initiatives with Microsoft’s Business Applications strategy.
About you
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or partner management within the ERP/Business Applications domain.
- Advantageous: Strong understanding of Romanian market requirements, including local accounting standards, tax regulations, and ERP compliance legislation.
- Advanced communication skills in English and Romanian.
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Strategic mindset with enthusiasm, initiative, and a passion for partner success.
- Negotiation and influencing skills at C-level
- Ownership of country performance, including partner revenue growth, recruitment targets, and overall market development.
- Occasional travel is expected (approximately once per quarter) for partner engagement and regional events.
- This is a B2B role; therefore, candidates must have an established legal entity for contracting purposes
