As the key point of contact for partners, the Partner Success Executive will build trust, foster long-term collaboration, and support the execution of strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for assigned partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and relationship management.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and address any deviations proactively.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product, Finance, etc.) in terms of Partner Success-related matters to resolve escalations and ensure timely service delivery.
- Conduct corridor health-checks, feasibility studies, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Support the execution of strategic initiatives, new corridor launches, and partnership expansion plans.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners by understanding their needs and aligning solutions to deliver mutual value.
- Stay updated on remittance market trends, compliance requirements, and sending & payout side network developments to inform decision-making and partner strategies.
- Prepare regular reports and insights for management on partnership performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational excellence within the partner ecosystem.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of remittance services, financial partnerships, and sending-side networks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective partner engagement and cross-team coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate corridor performance, and provide data-driven insights.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple partnerships and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of send corridors, remittance compliance, and international money transfer market trends is a strong plus.
