Partner Success Coordinator

ImpactAs a Partner Success Coordinator located in Birmingham, AL or remotely you will provide key support to ensure the success of Shipt's partnerships with top retail brands nationwide. Collaborating across various teams, you’ll help drive business growth and expand Shipt’s impact in the delivery market.
While no two days are the same you will coordinate project details by supporting partner success managers and directors (both on-site and remote) with daily tasks, projects, and reporting. Help manage project logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new retail partners and timely deliverables. You will support partner communications by reporting, and relationship-building efforts with retail partners, including preparing materials for business reviews, updating partners on performance metrics, and contributing innovative ideas to enhance partnerships. You will understand industry and partner needs by developing a deep understanding of partner operations to advocate for their needs within Shipt. Also, you will work with internal teams to analyze data, identify growth opportunities, and implement sustainable solutions benefiting customers, shoppers, and retail partners.

Requirements:

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
• You have 1+ years of experience in account support or coordination, ideally within technology, retail, or an agency environment.
• You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset, building positive relationships with partners and internal teams.
• You have effective communication and are comfortable interacting in both formal and informal settings with stakeholders.
• You have adaptability, with a proactive and problem-solving approach that aligns with Shipt’s mission and goals.
• You have ability to travel as needed and approved by your manager.

Work Arrangement

Shipt considers candidates located near a Shipt office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis to be hybrid, which means that they have the flexibility to work from home (with leader approval) or at a Shipt office in order to facilitate the ability to innovate, collaborate, and spark team connections. In-office expectations will vary by role and leader. Certain roles may require in-office presence on a full-time basis. Employees will also be eligible to receive discretionary vacation for exempt team members, paid holidays throughout the calendar year and paid sick leave. Other compensation includes eligibility for an annual bonus and the potential for restricted stock units based on role.

Pay Range:

$61,002-$122,110

All other locations:

$50,429-$100,858

Please note that the salary range above is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
