The Zscaler Sales and Go-to-Market team is a global group of professionals who are passionate about delighting our customers, nurturing trusted partnerships, and sharing their expertise to drive a secure, cloud-enabled digital future and further cement our position as the world leader in cloud security. Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for a Partner Sales Specialist to join our EMEA Technology Alliance Partner team in Spain. Reporting to the Director of Cloud & Technology Partnerships EMEA, you'll be responsible for the following:
  • Supporting sales opportunities by working collaboratively with Zscaler’s sales teams, shaping win strategies and engaging directly in opportunities that drive success
  • Developing and execute co-sell go-to-market (GTM) strategies with Zscaler’s cloud partners (AWS, Microsoft, and Google) to deliver measurable pipeline growth and revenue for the Southern EMEA region
  • Acting as a strategic evangelist, promoting the value and impact of Zscaler’s cloud partnerships both internally with teams and externally with key partners and customers
  • Partnering with internal sales leaders and alliance stakeholders to create and deliver impactful joint offerings that resonate in the Southern EMEA region and drive measurable business outcomes
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications):
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on enterprise solutions or consultative selling
  • Proven ability to engage directly in sales opportunities and contribute to strategic discussions around pipeline acceleration and revenue delivery
  • Willingness to travel as business needs require
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience working with cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft or Google, with a track record of delivering results in partnership roles
  • Background in selling complex cloud solutions through sell-to and sell-through business models
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to evangelise partnership value to diverse audiences
