Key Responsibilities:
- Own and achieve a direct sales quota through partner-influenced opportunities.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new technology, consulting, and reseller partners in the UAE region.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders to drive mutual growth.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market plans with partners, including co-selling strategies, marketing initiatives, and enablement programs.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to partners to ensure they can successfully sell Matillion solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize partner-driven revenue.
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline, and revenue metrics.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and SaaS ecosystem developments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SaaS sales with a quota-carrying responsibility, preferably through partner channels.
- Strong experience managing partner ecosystems, including recruitment, enablement, and co-selling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Middle East market and business culture is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with cloud data integration, analytics, or related technologies is a plus.
