POSITION SUMMARY


Broadvoice is seeking a dynamic and driven Partner Sales Manager (PSM) to join our growing Channel Sales team. This partner-facing role is pivotal in accelerating joint sales efforts and deepening strategic relationships across our channel ecosystem.


In this dynamic role, you will be a key partner-facing business development resource focused on joint sales for the Channel organization. The PSM serves as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, ensuring partners are equipped, engaged, and empowered to sell Broadvoice’s CX solutions effectively.


The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic relationships with channel partners, including Technology Advisors, MSPs, VARs, and platform providers. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, enabling, and managing partners to ensure alignment with company goals and successful execution of sales strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new partners, ensuring a seamless ramp-up
  • Deliver ongoing training and enablement to drive partner sales success
  • Support pre-sales activities including proposals, quoting, and closing documentation
  • Review and validate partner orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Channel Managers, and Solutions Architects throughout the sales cycle
  • Track and document sales milestones to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with partners and customers to drive loyalty and growth
  • Represent Broadvoice as a brand ambassador in the channel community
  • Resolve partner and customer concerns proactively to deliver strong CSI results without escalation

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in Channel Sales
  • Proven success in sales or sales support roles with a customer-first mindset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident presenter in both in-person and virtual settings
  • Experience in telecommunications and B2B SaaS environments is a plus
  • Success in building and scaling partner programs that drive revenue and operational efficiency
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally up to 15%
