The Role:


We’re looking for our first dedicated Partnerships hire in India. You will be responsible for driving Stenn’s partner acquisition business, focussed on acquisition serving our SMB customer pan India wit a focus on: finished consumer goods, Textiles, Exporting, eCommerce, and SaaS/Digital services and that can provide high quality, high intent leads to the Stenn sales teams.

The Role:

You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Ops, Product and Legal teams to scope potential partnerships and negotiate contracts, develop deep relationships with external stakeholders, and manage the deployment and ongoing growth of the partnership. 

Using data you will drive and own partner revenue in collaboration with Sales Operations. It will be your responsibility to manage your own projects and work closely together across all functions  to enable successful partner integrations and drive inbound lead flow to our SDR and AE teams.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges, with strong product instincts and execution skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Stenn Partner Acquisition Business acquiring channel and distributions partners that can drive high intent leads to Stenn Sales team.
  • Identify and win partnerships & forge alliances with the exporters associations & local exporter bodies to build a lead pipeline for the sales team
  • Build internal business cases for partnership engagements, identify product requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams drive execution and internal alignment.
  • Complete ownership of partner acquisition targets to hit revenue goals.
  • In collaboration with Sales Operations, create and execute joint go-to-market plans with your partners to drive partner generated leads and revenue sales leads; collaborate with the sales, marketing & sales ops function to define & deliver monthly & quarterly deliverables at the partner level
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders at platform partners, associations & channel partners internally and externally.
  • Through structured, professional, informed dialogue, demonstrate Stenn Technologies as a highly experienced, credible and compelling financing partner.

Background/Experience:

  • An entrepreneurial mindset with experience managing and growing partnerships pan India
  • In depth knowledge of Partnerships within FinTech or SaaS platforms & exporter associations
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges
  • Demonstrated experience or driving strong Partnership lead flow to sales teams
  • Strong negotiation and indirect/ cross-functional stakeholder management skills. Ability to get your foot in the door - in partner organisations.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude. This team moves fast and always operates in new spaces
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment
  • A desire to progress and push yourself out of your comfort zone 
  • Fluency in English
