The Sales Development Representative drives business growth by identifying and onboarding high-potential partners into the Eightcap Ecosystem. You will leverage targeted outreach via email and social media to offer partners a comprehensive suite of solutions, ranging from traditional CFD trading to innovative Prop Trading via Eightcap Challenges.

Through proactive outreach, tailored campaigns, and collaboration, this role supports Eightcap’s mission to deliver innovative trading solutions and exceptional client service. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain their first experience in a sales role!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Outreach & Growth: Proactively identify and engage high-potential partners, including influencers, trading communities and financial educators, across email campaigns and social media outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Convert leads into long-term partners by pitching our competitive revenue-share models and managing ongoing engagement to drive community activity.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure all outreach and marketing materials strictly align with ASIC regulatory guidelines and internal promotional policies.
  • CRM & Performance: Maintain precise records of partner interactions within the CRM to support sales forecasting and ensure you hit your monthly/quarterly growth targets.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Identify complex opportunities for escalation to Senior Partners, providing detailed briefs to ensure seamless transitions and high conversion rates.
  • Operational Input: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Partners business by sharing innovative ideas to optimize day-to-day operations and growth.

Requirements
  • You possess top-tier communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly across digital platforms.
  • You are efficient, highly organised and energised by high-volume outreach (100+ emails/DMs daily).
  • You have a genuine interest in financial markets, trading or the Fintech space.
  • You thrive in evolving environments and can pivot strategies without losing momentum.
  • You are a driven professional with a genuine passion for sales and relationship management.
  • Ideally you will have proven experience in sales, in-person or over the phone.
  • A degree in Finance or up to 2 years of experience in a financial sales role is a major plus.
