About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
We are looking for a Partner Program Manager to manage one or several strategic partners within a program focused on launching AI infrastructure and data center capacity.
This role sits at the intersection of partner management, program management, delivery management, and operations. The manager will act as the main operational point of contact for the partner, coordinating workstreams, tracking commitments, documents, timelines, risks, and escalations.
The main goal of the role is to drive partner work to completion: from location discussions, commercial model alignment, and contracting to site preparation, contractors, supply, deployment, and acceptance.
ContextThe program is focused on launching AI Factory / cloud infrastructure capacity based on partner-operated data centers. The partner may be responsible for the site, data center facility, construction, power, cooling, local contractors, installation, supply, and part of the operating model. Internal teams are responsible for the platform, architecture, commercial model, legal structure, compliance, procurement, finance, deployment, and ongoing operations.
The program is scaling: several locations are currently being discussed with one partner, and the goal is to work with multiple partners and data centers in parallel.
Key responsibilitiesEnd-to-end partner management- Act as the main operational point of contact for the partner.

- Coordinate Legal, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, Internal Controls, Engineering, Platform, Network, Security, and other internal teams.
- Collect inputs from internal teams and communicate them to the partner in a structured and clear way.
- Collect responses, documents, and comments from the partner and route them to the responsible internal teams.
- Ensure open questions do not get stuck between teams.
- Escalate issues to the Program Manager when a decision, prioritization, or senior stakeholder involvement is required.
- Coordinate document exchange between the partner, internal teams, and external advisors.
- Track the status of LOIs, Term Sheets, Definitive Agreements, POs, SOWs, MSAs, invoices, acceptance documents, and other related materials.
- Collect comments, edits, and inputs from different parties.
- Control document versions and approval status.
- Ensure the partner understands what is required, in which format, and by when.
- Maintain a tracker of partner obligations and internal commitments toward the partner.
- Ensure each action item has an owner, deadline, and clear next step.
- Follow up on open questions and pending actions.
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes, and follow-ups.
- Track progress on site readiness, contractors, supply, installation, deployment, and acceptance.
- Maintain an up-to-date status for each partner location.

- Experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, hardware infrastructure, telecom, enterprise IT, construction, supply chain, or large-scale infrastructure delivery.
- Experience working with international partners.
- Experience in strategic partnerships or partner onboarding.
- Experience with programs involving Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, Engineering, and external contractors at the same time.
- Understanding of procurement, site readiness, deployment, commissioning, acceptance, or go-live processes.
- Understanding of B2B cloud, AI infrastructure, or data center delivery lifecycle.
We are looking for someone who:
- Can manage a partner, not just forward emails.
- Is comfortable with external communication.
- Can be persistent without being aggressive.
- Quickly understands where a task is stuck.
- Understands the difference between "discussed" and "agreed."
- Documents decisions in writing.
- Can structure problems clearly.
- Does not try to make decisions instead of the owners, but can drive questions to resolution.
- Can build trusted working relationships with the partner without becoming the partner's secretary or advocate.
