About the Role:
Guidewire’s Consulting Alliances team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Partner Program and Marketing Manager to drive global partner marketing as well as overall engagement and execution of key initiatives across our Systems Integrator (SI) ecosystem. This India-based role contributes to both regional and global partner-facing programs and offers the right candidate the opportunity to work within two major workstreams: Partner marketing, Partner success.
The ideal candidate brings strong coordination, communication, and execution skills to help streamline partner marketing and enablement events, feedback loops, efforts, as well as operational processes. A key aspect of this role will be overseeing and delivering global marketing assets and deliverables. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to scaling Guidewire’s global partner ecosystem through structured, data-driven program management.
This position requires a unique blend of strategic planning, relationship management, and hands-on marketing execution to ensure successful collaborations and measurable results without our partner program. You will be making impactful and measurable results while contributing to scaling Guidewire’s global partner ecosystem through structured, data-driven program management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for someone who is experienced running marketing campaigns & worked at B2B SaaS company Alliances program teams

  • Lead execution of partner-facing programs across India and global teams, including enablement sessions, workshops, and strategic events

  • Collaborate with SI partner leadership and the developer program to strengthen executive engagement, deliver 1:1 enablement and scale a thriving developer ecosystem through sustained investment and alignment.

  • Execute key marketing deliverables including video content, global marketing assets and partner events, while working independently within a cross functional worldwide team

  • Establish structured mechanisms to gather insights and feedback from internal and external stakeholders to assess SI partner performance

  • Collaborate with the Alliances Marketing team to drive partner campaigns, webinars, joint events, and success story development

  • Track program performance and maintain accurate partner data using tools such as Salesforce, Google Sheets/Tools, and Smartsheet

  • Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards summarizing partner engagement metrics and program impact

  • Coordinate communication, logistics, and operations for cross-regional initiatives and strategic projects

  • Engage with internal stakeholders, including Alliance Managers, Partner Success, Education, and Services teams, to align priorities and timelines

  • Support new initiatives aimed at enhancing partner success, scalability, and program visibility

  • Travel occasionally within India and internationally to support events, workshops, and partner engagements
     

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in partner marketing, partner programs, operations, enablement, or complex project coordination — preferably in a technology or consulting organization

  • Proven experience working with or supporting Systems Integrators (SIs)

  • Demonstrated success managing external vendors (e.g., videographers, agencies, photographers) and delivering high-impact partner marketing assets and content, including videos and collateral

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills, with the ability to drive execution independently 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive and hands-on, with a strong sense of responsibility and focus on execution

  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams, often in a matrixed, remote, and fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, and familiarity with partner satisfaction programs or survey tools

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred

NOTE:   The candidate should be flexible to work across EST and PST time zones, as most Guidewire marketing teams are based in PST, while partners and clients are located in EST.
