Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Partner Portal Content Editor to manage the editorial tasks for Mitel/Unify's Channel Extranet & Intranet (known as Partner Portal). This role involves supporting channel marketing campaigns, programs, and events to drive sales growth and revenue enhancements.

This is a temporary role for Maternity cover.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Governance: Oversee content governance for our Partner Portal by ensuring regular updates and proactively revising existing content for accuracy. Engage with content owners to maintain the portal's relevance and accuracy.
  • Content Development: Develop structured, well-worded content proposals based on rough drafts from various departments. Use appropriate images and graphics to effectively communicate messages to our partners online.
  • Translation Management: Collaborate closely with content providers to manage translations through agencies or by using online translators and personal language skills. Ensure timely publication of translated content.
  • Document Management: Administer our documents managed in the Partner Portal platform, keeping track of all documents referenced on the intranet or Partner Portal.
  • Social Media Administration: Assist in the administration of campaign content related to the company’s Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube, and blog platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in web design and content management.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience with Salesforce Experience Builder/Communities and CMS and/or Zinfi Partner Relationship Management Platform.
  • Technical Skills: Strong front-end editorial and programming skills (HTML, CSS, Photoshop, JavaScript optional).
  • Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in graphic design and video editing.
  • Channel Business Knowledge: Work experience with channel business organizations and a deep understanding of distribution channels.
  • Project Management: Proven project management experience.
  • Digital Tools: Experience with YouTube, social media platforms, and Google Analytics.
  • Personal Attributes: Self-starter mentality with the ability to act proactively without close supervision, resilience, and the capability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Language Skills: Business fluency in English (German optional).
