YOUR MISSION

The way we manage our company is built on the belief that by giving a WOW service to our clients, we will be able to change the delivery market. How are we doing it? By paying attention to all the details. Glovo is a hyperlocal marketplace featuring the most trendy places in each city and delivering their products as soon as possible. As a Partner Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in the Glovo Partners team. You will be directly responsible for improving Partners’ experience across their whole journey, making them grow and improve user UX.

THE JOURNEY

  • Control the Partner Operations metrics, seeking continuous improvement in methodologies to optimize the operations of our partners (improve preparation times, waiting times, reduce cancellations and decrease bad ratings)
  • Perform analysis to come up with some insights to help identify worst performers and improve partners’ operational excellence
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen relations with Partners on the field
  • Bring important insights from the local operations and cooperate with relevant stakeholder to drive important changes which can make operations more efficient
  • Bring innovation to and assist in the implementation of successful processes and automation opportunities
  • Work alongside and communicate effectively with all other teams involved, such as the Commercial, Finance and the Content Departments to give our Partners the best support
  • Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference
  • Mentor and guide the team of partner operations agents by showing excellent leadership skills & creating thriving and dedicated team spirit full of good vibes

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills
  • You're an owner, you have a natural bias for action, always pushing for things to happen, result oriented
  • Problem-solving skills: no problem is too small or too big
  • A data-driven mentality: taking decisions based on data and using good business judgment when necessary
  • Computer literate; good knowledge of Google Docs and advanced knowledge in MS Office (Excel), SQL knowledge is a bonus point
  • Comfortable working in a high-growth and high-performance start-up with a fast pace
  • Fluent Georgian & English, written and oral
