About the RoleWe’re looking for a Partner Operations Specialist to manage and improve the partner side of our marketplace.
You’ll support local businesses, retailers, and affiliates who use Muvr to move, deliver, or grow their operations.
This role focuses on onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance management — ensuring every partner has the tools, insights, and support they need to thrive on the platform.
- Oversee the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from onboarding and activation to engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Coordinate with Business Development and Marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners entering the platform.
- Conduct partner onboarding sessions, training sessions, and activation follow-ups.
- Manage partner communication and support, addressing inquiries, tracking operational issues, and escalating as needed.
- Track and analyze partner performance metrics (activation rate, order volume, engagement rate, satisfaction).
- Maintain and update partner data, records, and contracts within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with Driver Ops, Community Ops, and Customer Support to ensure end-to-end service excellence.
- Help build and refine SOPs, playbooks, and onboarding documentation for partner management.
- Support rollout of campaigns, promotions, and partnership initiatives.
- Use AI tools and automations to streamline partner communication, reporting, and engagement.
- 2–4 years of experience in partner operations, account management, or business operations (experience in logistics, delivery, or marketplace platforms preferred).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships with external partners.
- Data-driven mindset — able to track metrics and translate insights into action.
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple partner accounts.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or reporting dashboards is a plus.
- Strong written and spoken English; excellent cross-team collaboration.
