Job Description

Train restaurant/shop staff on using devices and our operational procedures

Record, handle, and assist in solving any potential operational issues/requests our vendors may face via phone & email

Manage inventory and update asset records on internal systems
Qualifications
-
University graduate or a current university student
-
Great communication skills & language proficiency (English, Cantonese, and Mandarin).

Prior experience in the Customer Service field, Hotline, or Service Center will be an advantage.

Efficient, a strong sense of responsibility, and raise issues proactively.

Experience in using CRM tools will be an advantage but not a must.

Able to work at least two days a week (Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri, 14:00-19:00).
