WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Deeply understand catalogue processes and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps
- Use data-driven insights to diagnose issues and develop structured, practical solutions that enhance catalogue efficiency and completeness
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Integrations, Operations, and Analytics to align on priorities and execute improvements
- Manage stakeholders to ensure accountability and follow-through on key actions
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making that strengthens our catalogue growth.
WHO YOU ARE
- A strong analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- 4+ years of experience in operations, analytics, or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working with data to uncover insights and inform recommendations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to influence and drive outcomes across teams
- Curious and eager to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes
- A structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
