The Role

About the Role 

As the Partner Operations Manager II, you will serve as the go-to person for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management. Your primary responsibilities will include customer support for complex pricing, quality assurance for teams, and/or deal registrations.   This role also triages customer to the appropriate area to ensure satisfactory customer coverage. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for supporting vendor programs and lifecycle management, serving as the go-to person for internal teams and external vendors.  

  • Perform complex deal registration and customer support for complex pricing models.   

  • Develop a deep understanding of vendor programs, including pricing structures, incentives, and promotions, and effectively communicate this information to relevant stakeholders.  

  • Provide accurate and timely quotes to sales teams, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with vendor pricing guidelines.  

  • May collaborate with sales teams to identify up-sell opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of vendor programs and pricing structures.  

  • Determine lead times and delivery schedules based on product availability, build lead times, and other relevant factors, effectively managing customer expectations.  

  • Apply pricing accurately and consistently, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements and policies.  

  • May create renewal contracts, where applicable, and proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring timely execution and maximizing customer retention.  

  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with multiple-tier vendors, acting as a liaison between the company and vendors, effectively managing communication, escalations, and issue resolution.  

What We’re Looking For 

  • Post Secondary education in Business, IT, or related field preferred.

  • High School diploma required.

  • Proficient in executing instructions and requesting clarification.

  • Basic data entry and mathematical skills.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to adjust to change and adapt as needed.

  • Comfortable working under stress and pressure.

  • Strong multitasking abilities.

  • Quick learner with proficiency in technology.

  • Basic level computer skills.

  • May be required to work shifts based on business needs.

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.   

  • Hiring Salary Range $ 52,500.00 - $65,600.00 CAD

Ce que vous ferez

  • Agir comme principal point de contact pour le soutien des programmes des fournisseurs et la gestion du cycle de vie, en tant que personne‑ressource pour les équipes internes et les fournisseurs externes.

  • Effectuer l’enregistrement de transactions complexes et offrir un soutien aux clients pour des modèles de tarification avancés.

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie des programmes des fournisseurs, incluant les structures de prix, les incitatifs et les promotions, et communiquer efficacement cette information aux parties prenantes.

  • Fournir des soumissions précises et ponctuelles aux équipes de vente, tout en assurant leur compétitivité et leur conformité aux lignes directrices des fournisseurs.

  • Possiblement collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour identifier des occasions de vente additionnelle, en tirant parti de votre connaissance des programmes et des structures de prix des fournisseurs.

  • Déterminer les délais de livraison en fonction de la disponibilité des produits, des délais de production et d’autres facteurs pertinents, tout en gérant efficacement les attentes des clients.

  • Appliquer les prix de façon exacte et cohérente, en assurant le respect des ententes et politiques des fournisseurs.

  • Le cas échéant, créer des contrats de renouvellement et gérer de manière proactive les renouvellements, en assurant leur exécution en temps opportun et en maximisant la rétention des clients.

  • Entretenir des relations solides avec des fournisseurs de multiples niveaux, en agissant comme liaison entre l’entreprise et les fournisseurs, et en assurant une gestion efficace des communications, des escalades et de la résolution de problèmes.

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Études postsecondaires en administration, technologies de l’information ou domaine connexe (atout).

  • Diplôme d’études secondaires requis.

  • Capacité à exécuter des instructions et à demander des clarifications au besoin.

  • Compétences de base en saisie de données et en calcul.

  • Excellentes habiletés de communication, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

  • Capacité à s’adapter au changement.

  • À l’aise de travailler sous pression.

  • Forte capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

  • Apprend rapidement et démontre une bonne aisance avec la technologie.

  • Compétences informatiques de base.

  • Possibilité de travailler selon un horaire variable selon les besoins opérationnels.

La rémunération annuelle offerte sera déterminée en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, incluant le lieu de travail, l’expérience, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et sera convenue mutuellement au moment de l’offre.

Échelle salariale à l’embauche : 52 500,00 $ – 65 600,00 $ CAD
