As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Strategic Cloud GTM leader to execute our go-to-market (GTM) strategy for multi-partner solutions built with Snowflake at the core.

This team member will be responsible for enabling and executing on strategic plays with a focus on key ecosystem partners—including hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), global system integrators, key technology partners and top data and analytics partners. This resource will play a critical role in shaping how Snowflake is positioned in the market through scalable, repeatable, and high-impact joint solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Strategic Cloud GTM Execution: Drive execution of global GTM strategies for joint solutions with hyperscalers, GSIs, and technology partners.

  • Partner Ecosystem Leadership: Collaborate with hyperscalers, system integrators (GSIs), data cloud partners and internal teams to develop co-built solutions that solve real-world customer challenges and/or tackle whitespace opportunities extending Snowflake’s reach into new use cases.

  • Field Enablement & Sales Support: Identify and partner with internal teams to deliver tools, messaging and training enablement to Snowflake’s field and partner teams needed to effectively position and sell joint solutions

  • Executive Engagement: Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic partners to ensure alignment, commitment, and long-term growth.

  • Performance & Insights: Define KPIs and performance frameworks to measure the impact of GTM motions and drive continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.

SPECIFIC TASKS

Develop a turn-key CSP + GSI Joint GTM Playbook with appropriate content and best practices. Deploy playbook within each Partner, working with the Partner to understand and document nuances and persona needs to ensure repeatable and consistent adoption.

  • When appropriate, create a similar version for DCP + Technology Partners (SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Anthropic, OpenAI, etc)

  • Once GTM motions are established, evaluate co-developed solutions. Develop an internal Snowflake Center of Excellence around Po3 / PoN, creating the structure and operating model for an efficient and highly productive team (product, engineering, sales, A&C, legal, marketing)

  • Create a repeatable process to identify, socialize, prioritize and take PoN opportunities to market. Build the engagement model to stay connected in with all Partners (GSI, CSP, DCP) to prioritize this

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years in strategic GTM, partner strategy, or ecosystem leadership roles within leading cloud, SaaS, or data infrastructure companies. AND/OR

  • 10+ years in strategic GTM, account strategy, or client facing leadership roles within a (G)SI

  • Deep understanding of hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their partner go-to-market motions.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling co-sell motions with GSIs, ISVs, and technology partners.

  • Experience translating market needs and customer challenges into compelling offerings.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Outstanding cross-functional leadership skills, with experience managing matrixed teams and initiatives globally.

  • Passion for Snowflake’s mission and the future of the Data Cloud.
