Join Best Buy Ads as a Partner Marketing Success Specialist and you will work on a variety of partner marketing campaigns from product launches to full-funnel brand and sales building campaigns. With full responsibility for partner marketing success, you’ll ensure flawless campaign execution and communication between internal partners and our brands.
This role requires the candidate to be present in the Lower Mainland, BC with the ability to commute to the Best Buy Canada headquarters.

What you’ll do:
Orchestrate the end-to-end execution of partner marketing campaigns, working WITH internal stakeholders across teams.
Develop and execute campaigns from briefing to reporting, manage projects, and act as the main contact for all project inquiries.
Liaise with vendors and creative partners to establish creative guidelines, gather marketing assets and provide clear marketing direction to internal partners.
Coordinate the completion of post-wrap up reports with visuals, channel-specific metrics and campaign analysis.
Support your Digital Retail team with category sales event and campaign execution as required.
Look for new and upsell opportunities to grow partner advertising investment.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in a fast-paced marketing department or in an advertising agency.
Strong knowledge of and hands-on experience with digital advertising tactics, including onsite and offsite search & display/video advertising.
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate to diverse business units.
High attention to detail, critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and understands timelines and the orchestration of activities to ensure cross-channel alignment.
Experience multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks in an ever changing and fast paced work environment.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
1+ year of experience in a retail environment is a plus.
Degree or diploma in marketing, business or communications.

Annualized base pay range
$53,000.00 - $60,000.00Starting pay offered will consider skills and experience. Your pay can grow as you build your career with us.
