Core Responsibilities:
Alliances Marketing - work with the global head of alliances, your marketing colleagues, and our partners to:
- Act as the primary marketing point of contact for partners, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive and mutually beneficial partner experience.
- Facilitate the coordination of all US-based events: logistics, materials ordering and preparation, and shipping.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing to develop, plan, and launch joint marketing campaigns with partners that help create leads and drive brand awareness within Enhesa and partner organizations.
- Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication, meetings, and collaboration;
- Both at an individual partner level (e.g. by taking part in their internal and external events; or by communicating exciting news such as joint wins/offers/accelerators/new products)
- And collectively e.g. by putting out relevant communications on new product releases.
- Jointly with the alliances team, create and execute co-marketing initiatives, which may include webinars, events, podcasts, collateral, marketing content, and co-created campaigns.
- Collaborate with partners to create compelling marketing materials and content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and/or videos. Facilitate editing and approvals process throughout internal teams and partner POCs.
- Expand Enhesa’s influence and visibility online and offline, leveraging our partner’s network to amplify Enhesa’s voice.
- End to end planning and execution of quarterly external newsletters.
- Conduct post-co-marketing initiative analysis, follow up and share with stakeholders: including leads follow up processes, publishing of content materials, writing internal facing articles of event feedback, etc.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral is aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicates the value of the partnership.
- Partner market intelligence — be the expert on our joint target audience. Develop an understanding of our buying personas / DMU’s and related stakeholders at our partners and their customers.
- Stay informed on competitive and partner landscape—become an expert how our competition and partners position themselves and how we can create differentiation and collaboration opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Understand and support our sales channels; Train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users in conjunction with our partners; Develop internal tools and external collateral and teach them how and when to use it.
Requirements
Experience
- 3+ years of marketing experience with ideally 2+ years of experience in a market-facing role (e.g. delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor and market analysis)
- Proven experience in partner or channel marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and campaign management.
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Monday.com, etc.
- Comfortable using collaboration (SharePoint) and CRM tools (MS Dynamics)
- Familiar with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferably), and Google Analytics.
- Power user of networking tools such as LinkedIn
- Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience writing marketing content
- Excellent people and networking skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing
- Customer-focused
Schedule: Hybrid - 4 days/month minimum in office, but dependent on event logistics needs
