$113,200.00 - $188,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training. 

Job Title: Partner Marketing, Senior Manager

Location: Raleigh, NC

Employment Type: Full time(Hybrid role)

Operationalize Go-to-Market (GTM) and joint marketing strategies with a focus on Schneider Electric, and cloud-based partners. Responsible for building strong relationships with alliance partners and driving go-to-market initiatives with marketing campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials to generate new customer leads and accelerate sales growth through strategic partnerships; essentially working to maximize the marketing potential of collaborations with other businesses. The ideal candidate for this role has worked in partner and/or alliance marketing organizations prior and is willing to roll up their sleeves to be involved in the daily marketing of the partner community.

​Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Identification and Development:

    • Initiate contact and build relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies. 

  • Marketing Strategy and Execution:

    • Work closely with key stakeholders across AVEVA and SE to drive cross functional collaboration with extended teams to better plan and execute joint campaigns and initiatives.

    • Develop comprehensive alliance marketing plans aligned with and supporting overall company strategy. 

    • Create marketing campaigns, including content, messaging, and promotional materials. 

    • Manage the execution of joint marketing initiatives across various channels (digital, events, PR where applicable). 

    • Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, marketing, campaign managers, events) to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives. 

    • Work with marketing on external-facing joint-marketing activities including events, thought leadership, content creation, email marketing, webinars, promotion planning, etc. to make sure they are aligned to partner program go-to-markets.

    • Work with marketing to design program-specific content as appropriate.

  • Partner Enablement and Support:

    • Conduct regular partner reviews and performance evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:

    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partner/alliance marketing activities (leads generated, sales revenue, brand awareness). 

    • Analyze campaign data and provide insights to optimize future partner/ alliance marketing strategies. 

    • Prepare reports for senior management on partnership performance and ROI. 

    • Establish goals along with reporting and tracking mechanisms for partner marketing to enable data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies 

  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful strategic partnerships 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with partners 

  • Project management skills to execute complex marketing initiatives 

  • Experience in the technology sector required (Industrial Software industry experience preferred)

  • Must have a growing understanding of marketing programs, events, promotions, and the development of partner-sourced lead generation/pipeline

  • Analytical skills to measure and report on partnership performance 

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

  • 10% travel during the year.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business and/or equivalent work experience

  • Master's degree preferred but not required

Desired skills:

  • Strategic development of joint go-to-market (GTM) plans

  • Co-branded campaign execution (email, social, events, ABM)

  • Experience with Market Development Funds (MDF) and partner incentive programs

  • Strong understanding of channel/alliances ecosystems (e.g., ISVs, GSIs, Cloud Providers)

  • Results-Oriented – Focused on measurable outcomes and campaign performance

  • Execution Excellence – Delivers high-quality work on time, even across complex, cross-functional environments

  • Innovative & Insight-Driven – Explores new tools, tactics, and trends in alliance marketing
