About the Role:
Rubrik is looking for a marketing programs manager to join our Global Partner Marketing team. In this role you will work cross functionally with our channel sales team, channel sales engineers, channel operations, field and channel marketing teams to build a strategy to build partner champions through creative marketing programs globally. You understand the channel ecosystem and know how to market to various personas at resellers, service providers, GSIs, and alliance partners. You have experience building and executing marketing programs and events. You are an excellent communicator and writer. You are data-driven and constantly optimizing strategies to improve performance. As a master program manager, you have immaculate attention to detail and have the ability to manage big projects with multiple stakeholders..
What You’ll Do:
- Build the global strategy to market to our strategic partners.
- Work cross functionally to plan, develop, execute and optimize creative and differentiated programs to build partner sales and technical champions.
- Run campaigns targeted at partners positioning Rubrik’s value proposition.
- End-to-end management and execution of partner executive events and SKOs.
- Own partner communications - writing monthly newsletters, creating quarterly webinars, and managing all aspects of email marketing for our partner audience.
- Create and maintain partner campaign playbooks to help partners run their own Rubrik demand gen plays/activities.
- Consistently iterate and improve on marketing programs through regular measurement and optimization.
- Work with various teams: channel marketing, channel sales, channel engineering, campaigns, channel operations, field marketing.
Experience You’ll Need:
- 7+ years of channel marketing, marketing programs execution
- Expert knowledge of the channel business, ecosystem, and personas
- Strong project management and event execution skills
- Creative and superb attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills: must speak, write, and present information effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and fanatical obsession with optimizing ROI
- Must be fluent in English
