Partner Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK (Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday in the office)

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

THE ROLE: Partner Marketing Manager

This role exists because our partner ecosystem is one of our most important routes to market — and we need someone who can turn strategy into something real. You'll have direct ownership over building the partner marketing function from the ground up: content, enablement, campaigns, and activation.

This is a role for someone who likes to build, not manage process. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, marketing and partnerships — turning technical capability into messaging partners can actually use and sell.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Rather than a long checklist, here's what success in this role looks like:

  • Own partner enablement end-to-end — build the core materials partners actually use: sales decks, one-pagers, solution briefs and battle cards that reduce friction and build confidence from day one
  • Translate complex technical positioning into messaging partners can understand, use and sell
  • Run joint campaigns and co-marketing activity with vendors — coordinating launches, co-branded content and keeping partner activity tightly aligned to what NexGen Cloud is building and selling
  • Build and execute partner campaigns end-to-end: webinars, events, demand generation and partner-led initiatives — measuring what works and doubling down on what drives pipeline
  • Bring new partners to market quickly with clear onboarding, sharp messaging and practical enablement
  • Work pragmatically with partner programmes and MDF budgets to accelerate activity without unnecessary process
  • Contribute to GTM strategy across the broader marketing team and take ownership beyond the core remit as we scale
ABOUT YOU:

We're more interested in how you think and work than in a perfect CV. You'll likely bring a combination of the following:

Essential
  • 3–6 years in B2B SaaS, cloud or a similar tech environment
  • Experience working with partners, alliances or ecosystem GTM
  • Hands-on campaign delivery — not just planning
  • Proven ability to create partner-facing content and enablement materials
  • Comfortable operating in a scale-up where things aren't fully defined
  • Strong written communication — you simplify complex ideas quickly
Nice to Have
  • Background in AI, cloud infrastructure, GPU or HPC environments
  • Exposure to AWS, Azure, GCP or major partner ecosystems
  • Experience with MDF or vendor marketing programmes
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or partner platforms
  • Account-based or partner-led GTM experience
