Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cross-functional partner marketing strategies aligned with partner business strategies. 
  • Define clear goals, KPIs, and tactical plans to support partner initiatives. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Field, Programs, Communications, and Brand teams to ensure strategic alignment across all partner marketing activities. 
  • Lead regular performance reviews using marketing data and analytics to optimize partner campaigns and tactics. 
  • Own partner marketing budget planning and resource allocation, ensuring optimal investment in programs that drive business.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, as well as internal stakeholders. 
  • Ensure all partner marketing programs comply with Nokia’s brand and corporate guidelines.

  • Nokia partners including channel partners (distributors, value-added resellers), as well as strategic partners (technology partners, system integrators and industry partners). 
  • Broader Field, Communications, Brand and Program teams 
  • Business segments portfolio marketing teams 
Qualifications

You have: 

  • Extensive experience in strategic partner or channel partner marketing, including a senior role within a global technology company. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing partner marketing programs that drive business results and enhance corporate reputation. 
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate complex business strategies into integrated partner marketing strategies. 
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience managing virtual teams. 
  • Analytical approach to marketing planning with proven ability to measure and optimize program performance. 
  • Experience in telecommunications, technology infrastructure, or B2B technology sectors

It would be nice if you also had: 

  • Multilingual capabilities and experience working across multiple geographies and cultures. 
  • Strong network within the technology industry and among channel marketing professionals. 
  • Comfortable operating in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
