The Role

C1 is the first AI-native identity security platform that protects every identity: human, non-human, and AI. With powerful automation, platform-level AI, and out-of-the-box connectors, it centralizes access visibility, enforces fine-grained controls, enables just-in-time access, and automates user access reviews across all apps. It’s easy to use, quick to deploy, and trusted by enterprises like DigitalOcean, Instacart, Ramp, and Zscaler.

We're seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to enable and develop our VAR, MSP, and strategic partnership relationships. Reporting to our Senior Director of Field and Partner Marketing, you'll have a strategic seat at the table where partner go-to-market, field execution, and revenue acceleration converge.

You'll be instrumental in enabling partners to articulate how identity must evolve for the AI era, building co-marketing programs that position C1 as the platform enterprises need to safely scale AI operations. This positioning gives you unique visibility into how our marketing investments translate to pipeline and revenue, while allowing you to leverage field marketing resources and insights to amplify partner success.

What You'll Do
  • Go-to-Market Launches: Lead partner centric product launches and solution announcements – coordinating messaging, timing, and promotional activities across internal and external partner networks

  • Content Creation: Create compelling partner-focused content (case studies, white papers, blog posts, webinars, solution guides) that showcase joint value propositions and demonstrate how C1 enables secure AI adoption at scale

  • Field-Partner Integration: Collaborate with field marketing to integrate partners into regional campaigns, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer events—creating a multiplier effect for our go-to-market efforts

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners that demonstrate how C1 + partner solutions address the identity challenges created by AI, cloud-native architectures, and non-human identities

  • Event Management: Support partner participation in industry events, co-hosted webinars, roadshows, and partner advisory councils; coordinate with field marketing on regional partner activations

  • Partner Enablement: Support the development of comprehensive partner marketing toolkits—including pitch decks, battle cards, solution briefs, demo scripts, and co-branded collateral—that help partners position AI-native identity management and the shift from legacy IAM to autonomous access control

  • Performance Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on partner marketing program effectiveness, pipeline influence, and ROI to continuously optimize efforts

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background:

  • 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise software environments strongly preferred

  • Strong familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), identity governance (IGA), or AI identity management big plus; experience in identity technologies strongly preferred

  • A strong understanding of how AI is transforming enterprise security and identity requirements is valuable

  • Experience working across partner and field marketing functions is a plus

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple partner initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you can translate technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences

  • Creative content creator who can develop compelling materials with SMEs and adapt sophisticated positioning for different partner contexts

  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing impact and partner engagement metrics

  • Collaborative team player comfortable working across sales, product, field marketing, and external partner organizations

  • Self-starter mentality with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

  • Strategic thinker who can connect partner programs to broader field and revenue objectives

  • Intellectual curiosity about how AI is transforming enterprise operations and what that means for identity governance

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with partner relationship management (PRM) platforms

  • Background working with system integrators, MSPs, or technology alliance partners (especially those with AI, cloud, or security practices)

  • Existing relationships in the identity, cybersecurity, or AI ecosystem

  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Track record of aligning partner and field marketing for regional or account-based strategies

  • Experience in emerging technology categories or with AI-focused companies

What We Offer
  • Competitive salary and equity package at a high-growth Series B company

  • Direct partnership with senior marketing leadership with exposure to executive strategy

  • Opportunity to shape partner marketing at the intersection of identity and AI

  • Unique positioning to drive integrated field and partner strategies

  • Collaborative, high-performing team culture with mission-driven colleagues

  • Chance to make a real impact as enterprises fundamentally transform their identity strategies

Why This Role Matters As enterprises race to adopt AI while maintaining security and compliance, identity governance has become mission-critical. Our partner ecosystem is essential to educating the market, demonstrating value, and accelerating adoption.

Ready to Shape the Future of Identity? If you're excited about being at the forefront of AI-native identity management and building the partner programs that enable secure AI adoption at scale, we'd love to hear from you.

Travel: Up to 25% for partner events, QBRs, hyperscaler conferences, and strategic planning sessions
