About the role: Are you passionate about building strong partnerships and driving impactful marketing programs? As a Partner Marketing Manager at Zone & Co, you'll play a vital role in shaping how we engage with strategic partners, including private equity/venture capital firms, system integrators, technology providers, and referral/reseller partners. Your work will focus on driving awareness, enabling partners, and generating diverse leads to fuel our growth.
In your first year, you'll have the exciting opportunity to implement and optimize our Partner Relationship Management (PRM) system, enhance partner enablement, and launch co-marketing campaigns that create meaningful impact. This is your chance to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while making a tangible difference in our partnership ecosystem.
Key Responsabilities:
- Launch, maintain, and optimize the PRM system, equipping partners with training resources, quote tools, and enablement materials.
- Scale partner-facing assets, such as reseller/referral collateral, turnkey campaigns, and newsletters, in collaboration with the Partner team.
- Support partner training initiatives to ensure alignment with Zone's product portfolio and messaging.
- Design and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen relationships with private equity and venture capital firms.
- Partner with the PE/VC team to develop strategies and implement tactical plans to expand our partner network.
- Collaborate on thought leadership campaigns, including webinars, whitepapers, and joint events, to drive engagement.
- Manage co-marketing initiatives with technology partners (e.g., Avalara) and system integrators (e.g., Deloitte).
- Enhance partner visibility through strategic communications and joint promotional activities.
- Partner with sales teams to develop and execute promotional programs, including SPIFFs.
- Continuously refine partner marketing strategies based on performance data and insights.
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of collaborating with PE/VC firms, consultancy partners, technology providers, and system integrators.
- Hands-on experience launching and managing PRM systems (e.g., Impartner).
- Knowledge of ERP systems or enterprise technology markets is a strong plus.
- Exceptional project management abilities to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A balanced approach to strategy development and hands-on execution.
