Our global impact is scaling daily, with a community of over 100 million users across 19 countries, saving more than 300 million meals from going to waste. We are incredibly proud of this, but there’s still a lot more we want to achieve.
That means we’re looking for talented people with diverse skills and backgrounds to add to our rapidly growing team. That is where you come in: we’re looking for an exceptional Partner Marketing Manager in our Brussels office.
As Partner Marketing Manager you will be part of an international and multidisciplinary team. - Work closely with B2C Marketing teams to amplify relevant activity through Partner channels where appropriate.
- Work with the local KA and Indies team to support KA & Sales activity.
- Coordinate centrally-led Manager Generation activity for the region.
- Collaborate and share best practices and learnings with the Global Marketing and Key Accounts teams to help continuously optimise our work with partners.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in a role with a B2B2C focus, where you can demonstrate building strong relationships with partners’ marketing teams and delivering impactful and effective co-branded marketing campaigns with them.
- Full fluency in French (ideally native) and Dutch & working proficiency in English
- Marketing holistic vision and KPI & results oriented.
- Excellent organisation skills and detail-oriented. You are hyper-organised and prioritise execution, with the ability to adapt and innovate in an ever-changing fast-growing environment.
- Experience of integrated campaign delivery across multiple internal/external touchpoints and channels.
- Great stakeholder management, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated experience of collaborating closely between local and global operations is beneficial.
- Aptitude for people management, with experience in training and coaching team members. Line management experience is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate joint plans and marketing ideas.
- A make-it-happen person who doesn't hesitate to roll up your sleeves – but you also think about the long-term impact and requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is beneficial.
Working at Too Good To Go means you’ll get:
- A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change

What We Do
We are a B Corp certified, social impact company fighting food waste around the world. It's important because the food we waste accounts for 8-10% of all CO2e emissions.
We're best known for our app, which is the world's largest B2C marketplace for surplus food. Here, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakeries, canteens and wholesalers in 15 countries prevent their surplus from going to waste by connecting with our millions of users.
Here's what the World Economic Forum has to say about us: https://www.weforum.org/agenda/2020/03/app-leftovers-fight-food-waste-togoodtogo/
We're also featured as a Europe-wide solution by Zero Waste Europe: https://zerowasteeurope.eu/library/the-story-of-too-good-to-go/
Food waste is a global challenge in need of many solutions, and we run projects with businesses, households, schools and public affairs to create real, tangible impact.
