The Partner Marketing Manager is an experienced, creative, result-driven  member of our Revenue Marketing team that helps build and execute our partner marketing programs. They work closely with Sales, Marketing and many other teams to create experiences that delight, inspire and educate our partners and enterprise audiences, bring our brand to life and help expand our reach.

Working closely with Partner Account Managers, Sales, Demand Generation, Field Marketing and many other teams, the Partner Marketing Manager will be key in supporting the creation of a world class partner marketing program that inspires and educates our most strategic partners.   The role will build integrated marketing campaigns aligned with our Partners to build awareness and drive revenue. This includes programs, campaign and event management, digital integration as well as supporting demand generation.  They will also be the key interface with the partner sales teams and act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding partner marketing related activities.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:

  • Execute partner marketing programs as defined by the partner marketing strategy developed through collaboration across Field, Demand Gen and Partner management teams to drive pipeline and support Marketing OKRs
  • Execute programs to educate strategic Algolia partners on Algolia products, value propositions, campaigns and events
  • Work with ABM team to identify partner targets to help push large commercial/enterprise accounts into pipeline 
  • Support field, customer and content marketing in coordinating partner participation in events and customer win stories.
  • Collaborate with the Algolia alliances team and product marketing to manage Algolia presence with the strategic alliances, around the value of integration, demand generation and co-selling.
  • Working with the Strategic Partners internal team and other Marketing functions to identify new activities and bespoke events such as executive breakfasts/dinners, webinars/online live events, customer-led events, that we can jointly deliver with our partners.
  • Provide partner marketing perspective and voice into the broader marketing team. 
  • Help refine & document the workings and best practices alongside the team, helping us scale our partner program.
  • May perform other duties as assigned. 

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • 3+ years of direct experience building and managing partner marketing programs in a B2B software company
  • 1-2 years of experience partnering with technology partners such as Adobe, commercetools, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and BigCommerce and/or agencies such as Publicis Sapient, Valtech, Orium, Accenture, and AmericanEagle 
  • A successful track record of developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, paid and other creative programs
  • Excellent written & communication skills with a unique ability to translate technology features into business benefits
  • Demonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the company to achieve goals
  • Data-driven mindset with focus on real-time performance optimization
  • High degree of tolerance with ambiguity and ability to maneuver through multiple priorities in a fast growth entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrable experience with cross-functional stakeholders management; proven experience persuading both internal and external individuals on the value of a solution  
  • Inspiring and strong positive personality with a can-do attitude – fun to work with
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-growing workplace, can multi-task, be flexible when priorities shift, anticipate problems and plan contingencies. 
  • The aptitude for continuous learning and development.
  • Good understanding of marketing via partners. 
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills and someone who thrives in a team working environment and sharing of ideas.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Preference for candidates with experience at our current stage and beyond (over 10,000 customers, $50-300M ARR range, high growth, lots of change and building internal infrastructure).
  • Spanish or French speaking a plus 
  • Good understanding of working with the Google Office Suite
  • BS or BA in marketing, communication, business or related area of study. 
  • Experience of working in a global team
  • Strong event organization experience

This role will require some travel  - once every other month.

The annual total cash compensation range (base salary and variable component) for this role reflects US market pay data within this location. The pay offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Remote US - Pay Range

$90,000$110,000 USD
