About this role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic (Partner) Marketing Manager Slovakia to join our team in the Bratislava office. The ideal candidate will play an important role in shaping and executing our partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of local market dynamics and partner needs, and delivers content and campaigns that drive JET brand visibility and partner success. 

You’ll be at the heart of all our marketing initiatives in Slovakia, including those targeted at end-consumers (B2C), and you’ll help shape campaigns that are fresh, bold, and tailored to the market. You’ll receive the support you need to grow while also having the freedom to make an impact, take ownership of your projects, and develop your skills.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Bratislava office & 2 days working from home.Reporting to: Head of Marketing Slovakia

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Strategy and Planning:

B2B:

  • Lead the development and execution of the local partner marketing strategy and calendar, ensuring alignment with both global and local objectives.
  • Manage the local partner marketing calendar, tailoring global campaigns and activations to ensure high relevance in the local market.

B2C: 

  • Play a supportive role in developing and delivering marketing plans and executing campaigns that target the Slovak consumer.

Campaign Execution and Management:

B2B:

  • Implement and execute global and local partner marketing (PM) campaigns and initiatives to drive partner engagement and JET brand visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate PM communications and activations, ensuring they align with brand positioning and market needs.

B2C:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create trade promotions that cater to the needs of consumers.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization:
  • Track local performance against agreed KPIs and health metrics, optimising campaigns based on insights and sharing best practices.
  • Analyse local market and partner opportunities, advocating for necessary adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a PM business partner and connector both globally and locally (B2C, Sales, CS, and Logistics), delivering effective and sustainable commercial strategies.
  • Own and manage the local PM budget, including planning, utilisation, and tracking of PM and B2B voucher budgets, with global alignment on local needs.
