As the Partner Marketing Manager for SkyShowtime, based in Warsaw, you will be an integral member of the overall Partner Marketing team as well as the SkyShowtime regional CEE team. The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for best-in-class planning and execution of high performing B2B marketing campaigns and partner activations, in a close cooperation with our partners in Poland and CEE. You will be responsible for implementing and supporting partner incentives and partner activations to support and accelerate growth and engagement of SkyShowtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for best-in-class development, planning and execution of high performing B2B marketing campaigns and partner activations, in close cooperation with our partners.
  • You'll be responsible for identifying, suggesting, and presenting new opportunities working with partners to create greater awareness of our content and create mutual growth. You will work closely with SkyShowtime’s Partner Marketing team across Europe to deliver best in class marketing campaigns and assets and you will gain partner marketing experience outside of CEE.
  • You will work collaboratively with internal Marketing, PR, Content, Social teams ensuring briefs and objectives are clear, messaging is cohesive, and campaigns and executions are seamlessly integrated as part of the overarching SkyShowtime marketing strategy. You are ensuring campaigns are locally relevant and impactful. 
  •  You are in contact with partners on a day-to-day basis and enjoy having many touch points across marketing and content etc. You will be an integral part of building SkyShowtime with partners and you are successful at building relationships.
  • You will work closely with our distribution and partnership team on supporting our distribution strategy and our presence in the B2B market.
  • Writing robust briefs, briefing partners and agencies and managing marketing assets.
  • Manage the allocated budgets across multiple activity.
  • Establish key workflows between internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Create and present B2B marketing campaigns & partner activations across the business.

What You'll Bring
  • Ideally 3+ years’ experience in either in house partner or brand marketing (desired industries: SVOD, Subscription based services, TV, Entertainment).
  • Good understanding of subscription-based/Direct-To-Consumer products. Experience of SVOD, Media/TV/film is a desired plus.
  • In-depth experience with partner marketing, building partnerships, understanding the importance of partners and how to interact with them, to build and implement a best-in-class partner strategy.
  • Strong experience in delivering creative marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience working with partners and their relevant marketing channels. 
  • Experience working within a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Must be creative, organised, detail orientated and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment with constantly changing deadlines.
  • Professional entrepreneurship. You start new projects with ease, have a heightened sense of responsibility and ownership, as well as a desire and passion for making SkyShowtime go to market.
  • Must be fluent in English and Polish with excellent oral and writing skills. Additional language capabilities across CEE are a plus.
We operate a hybrid working model, with the team office based 1-2 day per week. To maximise the benefits of team collaboration we ask team members. to be in the office on Tuesday.
Your primary base will be in Warsaw city centre, a 3-minute walk from Politechnka metro station.

Skills Required

  • 3+ years' experience in partner or brand marketing
  • Understanding of subscription-based/Direct-To-Consumer products
  • Experience in partner marketing and building partnerships
  • Delivering creative marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Fluency in English and Polish with excellent communication skills
