Job Description

The Partner Marketing Manager – APJ will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with our regional partners on key marketing programs. The CyberArk partner ecosystem includes key alliances, global system integrators, managed services providers, value-added resellers, and distributors.

Our partners are integral to supporting the growing demand for identity security. We are seeking an experienced partner marketing specialist to drive demand for CyberArk with our focused partners in the APJ region. In this role, you will collaborate with our Director of Global Channels Marketing, Director of Marketing – APJ, Area VP – Partner APJ, regional Channel Managers, APJ Field Marketing Managers, and the global team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to drive joint, multi-tactic demand generation plans and activities with partners targeting end-user prospects. This involves aligning with regional sales and partner strategies, ensuring CyberArk remains top of mind for our partners, and leveraging their capabilities and strengths to drive sales and demand together.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate and collaborate with stakeholders across the business and with our partners to implement the global partner program strategy, marketing initiatives, and programs.

  • Align the channel marketing plan with the regional channel management team to support the go-to-market channel strategy.

  • Manage APJ channel content, materials, communications, social media, newsletters, and portal contributions to inform and engage partners regionally.

  • Ensure effective and frequent communication of key initiatives to the regional CyberArk channel team.

  • Be responsible for meeting quarterly and annual marketing goals, contributing to the overall opportunities and pipeline through channel attribution.

  • Deliver CyberArk content to partners across various platforms, including but not limited to partner newsletters and organizing partner webinars.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of marketing experience in an enterprise software environment, with a strong preference for candidates with Cyber Security and/or SaaS experience.

  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and measuring marketing programs according to best practices to achieve defined business results.

  • Strong collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to propose and close mutually agreeable solutions based on goals and constraints while maintaining strong relationships.

  • Excellent planning and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as tools for planning, analysis, and communication.

  • Familiarity with the sell-with partner business model and systems integrator businesses.

  • Experience with services or technology partners.

  • Experience with marketing automation systems and campaign data reporting systems.

  • Experience in hosting online webinars across platforms like On24, Zoom, and Webinar.
