Partner Marketing Coordinator
Job Description
SUMMARY
Establish and maintain highly productive relationships with internal business partners to ensure strategic marketing solutions are provided to Cherokee Nation Businesses (CNB) and the Cherokee Nation. Ensure all marketing projects support the mission of CNB and the Cherokee Nation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following:
- Receives and processes project requests in project management system.
- Creates new projects in project management system.
- Manages daily administrative tasks to ensure the creative process runs efficiently.
- Communicates project status with assigned internal business partners.
- Collaborates with external vendors as needed, including requesting project quotes, project delivery and change requests.
- Facilitates internal review of creative assets and copy proofreading.
- Traffic creative assets to internal contacts and external vendors.
- Ensures orderly and timely completion of project work.
- Coordinates marketing and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
- Coordinates and executes internal meetings, partner meetings to include creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client meetings, and project postmortem.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
No supervisory/management authority.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in marketing, or other related field, and 0 to 3 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and successfully meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily performed in a climate-controlled office setting. Work may require travel, including overnight stays.
