Job Title: Partner Marketing Assistant

Location: Šenčur, Slovenia (hybrid)

We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Assistant to support the planning and execution of marketing activities that engage and enable our partner ecosystem across Europe.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organization, communication, and collaboration — and wants to grow in B2B and partner marketing.

You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and channel teams to help deliver campaigns, events, and partner communications that make it easier for partners to succeed and grow with us.

What you’ll do

• Support execution of quarterly partner marketing activities, including newsletters, webinars, and campaigns.
• Maintain and optimize the Partner Content & Resources portal (PRM), ensuring content is current, relevant, and easy to navigate.
• Assist with Digital Partner Program initiatives, communications, and campaign coordination.
• Help organize partner events and webinars across Europe (planning, promotion, logistics, materials, follow-up).
• Manage promotional merchandise selection, ordering, and inventory tracking.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and channel teams to support shared initiatives and timelines.

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, coordination, or similar roles.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and improve processes.

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B marketing or partner programs.
• Experience supporting events, webinars, or campaigns.
• Familiarity with marketing tools, CMS platforms, or PRM systems.
