About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Partner Manager to join our growing Partnerships team, focusing on self-service to mid-market accounts. This role is crucial for managing and optimizing our partner relationships within these segments, driving transactional growth, and expanding our presence in the nonprofit technology market. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at managing multiple partnerships simultaneously, and have a keen eye for identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of self-service and mid-market partners, including agencies, consultants, and other technologies.
- Drive partner activation, engagement, and revenue growth through high-volume engagement.
- Implement and optimize partner onboarding processes to ensure quick time-to-value for new partners.
- Provide partners with the necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively market and sell Fundraise Up's solutions.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and initiatives for the small and mid-market segments.
- Utilize partner management platforms (PartnerStack, Partner Fleet, Crossbeam) to track partner activities, manage pipeline, and report on key performance indicators.
- Contribute to the development and execution of partner enablement programs, including training materials, webinars, and sales resources.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to position Fundraise Up effectively within the partner ecosystem.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or related roles, preferably in the SaaS or nonprofit technology sector
- Proven track record in managing and growing partner relationships in a high-volume environment.
- Strong understanding of partner relationship management and enablement strategies
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in using partner management platforms and CRM systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
