Digital Turbine is looking for a Partner Manager to work on our Channel Partners team. The ideal candidate is a team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly. Must have at least 3-5+ years of previous experience in account management, client servicing, or existing business development. This Partner Manager will be responsible for some regions in LATAM and will work with channel partners in those regions. The Partner Manager will be reporting to our Manager, Partner Management.
About the Partner Manager role:
Manage a book of business and develop strong relationships with our channel partners.
Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with partners that align with the unique needs and priorities of countries
Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize towards key metrics,
Identify, analyze and benchmark campaign and customer success that leads to new sales opportunities or relationship building with key customer accounts,
Develop and cultivate relationships with brand sales, creative and operational teams with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive customer experience,
Coordinating cross-functional teams from AdOps, Analytics, QA, Creative, Sales to ensure optimal campaign performance and execution.
Develop a close partnership with the client, lead strategic initiatives that will help grow the account.
About YOU as the Partner Manager:
BS required (Business, Economics, Analytics, and Marketing preferred),
3+ years in Digital Media at an agency, media owner, or Ad Tech Company with a track record of hitting targets and positive-ROI,
Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem,
Programmatic expertise. Deep understanding of the ecosystem, alongside awareness of its limitations and opportunities
Proven track record to manage and develop client relationships,
Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities,
Excellent command of Spanish and English
Exceptional communication skills. Expert presentation and storytelling skills. Ability to distill the complexity of ad-tech concepts and executions into clear and compelling narratives for agency and brand marketing stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with international and management teams.
