Who we are looking for
You are an established consulting leader with:
10+ years of experience in management consulting in Switzerland
A proven track record as a Partner or senior leader in a recognised consulting firm
A strong footprint commercial network in Switzerland within in Life Sciences or the Financial Industry (other industries are also welcome)
- Fluency in German and English (essential for our Swiss market)
A reputation as a trusted advisor
A distinct entrepreneurial mindset – you build, you lead, you take ownership
You are not only an expert in your field. You are motivated by growing a practice, shaping teams, developing client relationships and creating measurable impact.
