Job content
The job content will vary but will include:
- Being a key player in developing our strategy consulting business in the DACH region
- Nurturing your personal network and acquiring new client engagements
- Overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation
- Leading and developing management consultants on and off projects
We are looking for people who
- Have 7-10 years of experience from a strategy consulting firm
- Bring an extensive client network in Switzerland with a proven track record
- Hold a relevant master’s degree with excellent results
- Are true functional and/or industry experts in their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
- Have experience from several of the following types of projects: strategy development and execution, strategic innovation, turnaround management, commercial due diligence and M&A
- Are fluent in written and spoken German and English (C1)
