Building and maintain strong client relationships by leveraging your network to identify and secure new business opportunities in the Swiss and German life science sector.
Winning client engagements based on an existing large personal network in the Swiss pharmaceutical and MedTech industry
Taking overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation
Managing stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
Training and taking part in the development of consultants and partner colleagues on and off projects
We are looking for people who
Have +15 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a project or engagement manager from another management consultancy
Are true functional and/or sector experts in their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
A proven track record of winning and delivering client engagements with
