Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and effective learning materials and resources for B2B Merchant and Public Sector Partners.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and create multimedia learning content, including videos, interactive e-learning modules, infographics, and other materials.
- Integrate different methodologies, techniques and technology to enhance partner learning experience.
- Ensures timely and accurate learning materials are available in LMS; oversees content audit.
- Create systems and processes that facilitate knowledge sharing across B2B teams such as Google Sites or Glean.
- Create and execute an internal communications plan to support implementation of changes in sales processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Background in Instructional Design, Educational Technology or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in various web design technologies (such as HTML) and multimedia formats (like JPG, MP4, MP3).
- Strong visual design skills with tools like Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Skilled in writing clear and effective copy, instructional text, and scripts for audio and video content
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Expertise in project management and execution.
